During this retreat, cut off from our daily environment, we forget our usual preoccupations and devote ourselves to spiritual practice: returning to a mind that is profoundly peaceful, available and open.
Zazen is the root practice that continues in all the activities of daily life. Teachings are given during meditation, at meetings or in question-and-answer sessions.
Specific assistance is provided for new participants.
This retreat places particular emphasis on zazen, with four periods of meditation per day. It’s open to all, but beginners are advised to sign up for a discovery retreat for the first time, which will be more suitable for them.
