From 15 July to 27 August, summer retreats will be held at Kanshoji monastery.
During these retreats, you are invited to practise meditation, hear the teachings and follow the activities of the community.
Through the practice of zazen meditation, we return to a peaceful mind, free from everything. This normal state of mind is maintained by this practice throughout the day.
Special attention for newcomers
For new practitioners, special guidance is provided, which includes instruction in the various forms of Sôtô Zen practice as well as exchanges with the nuns and monks of the monastery.
