The great ceremonies of August 22

The ceremonies for the change of abbot took place on August 22. The ceremony of Taiun Roshi’s retirement was very moving, the ceremony of Hosetsu Roshi’s induction was majestic, and the ceremony where Myōshin Roberto took the position of shusso strong and exemplary. They touched the hearts of elders and beginners alike. Everything was a great success and will remain a vivid memory in the hearts of those who attended.
We express our deep gratitude to Taiun Roshi for founding and maintaining the monastery until today. We wish the new abbess good luck and success.
